WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES, EVENTS, OR LARGE GATHERINGS. ** THE 24/7 NEIGHBORHOOD SECURITY WILL STOP ALL PARTIES, LARGE GATHERINGS, EVENTS** Please respect quiet hours between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM (***Neighborhood is strict about quiet hours - no gatherings / events of any kind are allowed). Sunny Oasis has a strict no-party policy. No additional guests are allowed at the property outside of those listed on your reservation. The maximum occupancy of eight is also strictly enforced. Only three cars can be parked at the property. There is a $100.00 fee (per pet) to include your pet in the reservation. **ONLY THREE (3) VEHICLES ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY - MUST BE PARKED IN THE HOME'S DRIVEWAY; NO OFF-STREET PARKING PERMITTED (VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED)
