The space Main floor has a large gourmet chef's kitchen with multiple dining areas, large living room, two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, very large enclosed porch, hallway with industrial size washer/dryer. An open loft overlooks the main living area. Loft contains a queen bed and pullout sofa for two. Ensuite bathroom and exterior balcony finish off the loft. Carport below main floor is home to kayak, vests, beach equipment, and more. Parking will accommodate multiple cars with tandem parking. Lot is heavily treed and includes a goldfish pond and deer feeding station. Guest access Owner suite (below) is locked. Used by host only. Rarely occupied. Other things to note Classy Cottage is a stunningly appointed upper unit of a charming beach house in Ocean Hill, Corolla, just a block from the beach with direct ocean access. Close to the Corolla Lighthouse, the Whalehead Club and boat ramp, the Corolla Adventure Park, the Wildhorse Museum, the Maritime Exhibit, and Old Corolla Village. Accommodating up to 6 guests, this two-bedroom and sleeping loft unit features one queen bedroom and one two-singles bedroom, plus a queen bed and pullout sofa in the loft. There is an abundance of stained-glass windows throughout this one-of-a-kind cottage. Main floor has two full bathrooms, and the open loft has its own ensuite bathroom with soaking tub. The loft offers limited privacy and acts as the third “bedroom”. The huge kitchen features 3 Wolf ovens and an 8-burner gas stove (propane). The main floor also features an under-counter beverage refrigerator and an under-counter wine cooler. The kitchen is equipped with endless cooking utensils, pots and pans, Henckels knives, baking dishes, and more. There are two dishwashers. A large-capacity washer and dryer are conveniently situated just outside the guest bedrooms. The unit features 5 TV’s (4 are Apple TV’s), tons of books, board games, and puzzles. A huge formal dining table is the centerpiece of the living space. Many varied dining sets and drinking glasses allow you to pick and choose the look of your dining experiences depending on your mood at any given moment. The living room houses a large gas fireplace. There is also a wood-burning fireplace for guests who are experienced in tending such fireplaces. A 60-foot, enclosed porch wraps around one-half of the unit and overlooks the woods. You can watch deer eat at a deer-feeder throughout the day if you choose to fill it. Deer corn is provided. The porch is gorgeously furnished and features multiple ceiling fans, game, dining, and seating areas, and a TV. Sliding panels that raise and lower will allow you to enjoy natural breezes in good weather and provide protection in rainy or chilly weather. Outside, there is parking for two cars (more if you use tandem parking). A small, shallow goldfish pond is located on the property; guests are welcome to feed fish daily if they choose (food provided). A propane grill is conveniently located just off the kitchen of the upper unit. A corn-hole toss and ring toss game are provided for outside entertainment. A 3-man kayak, complete with oars and life vests, is also provided (for use with adult supervision only). Beach chairs, towels, and beach wagon are all included. The unit is supplied with sheets, towels, paper products, many toiletries, disposable cups, detergents/bleach, and COVID-19 preventative supplies. Guests are welcome to use any dry goods and spices stocked in the kitchen.
