This house features 3 bunk beds (twin over twin) / with private bathroom and BALCONY The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances. After a long day of studying or work, take a break and play a game of pool in the spacious living room. This house is exclusively for WOMEN, providing a safe and comfortable environment at an affordable price of $400 per month per person. (We have another location for men) The space The room in this shared space can accommodate up to 6 guests with a twin bed over twin size bunk bed and ample shelving and closet space for your clothing. The spacious living room boasts a separate dining area, full kitchen, and ensuite bathroom. All three bathrooms in the house are available for shared use. The bedrooms are conveniently located on the second floor, providing a comfortable and private living space. Guest access Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a detailed email with instructions on how to access the property. The owner will be available to meet you upon your arrival and provide any necessary assistance or information to ensure a smooth check-in process. You will have complete access to the property during your stay, guaranteeing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Other things to note Check-in at this location is after 5p.m. If you would like to arrive earlier, you can still drop off your bags at our other location 5 minutes away and relax in a designated waiting area until your bed is ready. You may also drop your bags to our downtown partner to holdyourluggage. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is not allowed inside any of our homes. We kindly request that you respect this policy and use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke. The house is not handicap accessible. All shared bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.
