Casa Pina is a large and bright apartment on the first floor that accommodates 4 people. It has a covered balcony with a table and chairs ideal for outdoor lunches and moments of relaxation. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, courtesy kit and bath and bed linen included. The nearest beach, Sant'Anna, can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, while the other beaches of Budoni are a few minutes away by car. Nearby you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, pizzeria and a pastry shop (seasonal). Olbia Airport and Port are about a 30-minute drive away. Casa Pina is a good starting point for exploring the northeastern coast of Sardinia. Self check-in for access in total autonomy via a lockbox containing the keys. Guest access The accommodation is for the exclusive use of guests who make the reservation, as well as the reserved private parking. The apartment is on the second floor and can be reached via two flights of stairs located to the right of the parking lot, which lead directly to the entrance. Going up, you access a balcony furnished with a table and chairs, from which you reach the private and independent entrance of the apartment. To the right of the door is the lockbox containing the keys, for easy and autonomous access. Other things to note Check in and Check out Check-in from 4:00 p.m. · Check-out by 10:00 a.m. Early or late check-in or check-out by a few hours is possible upon request and subject to availability. In case of confirmation, there is a surcharge of €30. At check-in, a valid government-issued ID will be required for all guests, including minors, for mandatory registration with the Police Headquarters pursuant to Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S. Tourist tax – Municipality of Budoni The accommodation tax is mandatory by law (Article 4 of Legislative Decree 23/2011), is not included in the reservation, and must be paid in cash at the property.
