Size: The apartment is about 55 square meters and has a mezzanine with electric windows, which give a touch of elegance and brightness to the environment. Entertainment: For your relaxation, we have provided a Smart TV that allows you to access streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video or Disney+, so you can enjoy a wide range of entertainment options. Wi-Fi: For those who need to work or study during their stay, we offer an extremely fast Wi-Fi connection, which guarantees reliable connectivity at all times. Sleeping area: Upstairs you will find a comfortable double bed and a very spacious walk-in closet, ideal for storing your belongings. Capacity: The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. If needed, a sofa bed is available for the third person. Other things to note Location and convenience: The apartment is located in an extremely quiet residential area, but at the same time well equipped with services and amenities. Less than 300 meters from the apartment, you will find the tram stop number 3, which will take you directly to the Cathedral of Milan in just 10 minutes, allowing you to easily explore the heart of the city. A little further away, but still easily reachable on foot in about 15 minutes, is the Famagosta green metro station, which connects you directly to Milan Central Station, an important transport hub. Otherwise, to get to the Central Station, you can take tram number 3 and get off at the Duomo stop, from there you can take the yellow metro that will leave you directly at the Station. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you will find pharmacies, supermarkets, hairdressers and manicure services, making your stay comfortable and stress-free. In addition, the apartment is located a short distance from Bocconi University, making it an ideal choice for students and anyone interested in the area. Parking: The area is NOT a Limited Traffic Zone, so you can easily access it by car. We don't have private parking.
