This unit has been fully renovated to include all new linens, smart TV’s in every room and a brand new fully stocked kitchen in May of 2023! The living room has a sofa with a chaise, a chair and a smart roku tv! It opens up to a spacious balcony with gorgeous oceanfront views, as well as side views of the coastline! There is dining for 6 on the patio, along with 3 additional balcony chairs to enjoy priceless oceanfront views! The newly remodeled fully stocked kitchen has all the basics needed to prepare full meals during your stay! It also features a brand new fridge with two types of ice and filtered water when you open the door! The bar area will seat 3 people and the dining area can seat 6-7! Gorgeous views of the Gulf can also be seen from the kitchen and dining room while you enjoy your meal! Guest access Guest will access the condo via their own code for the door lock. Door code access will be provided before check in. There is a $55 resort fee that is paid directly to the resort at check in, which will include wristbands and a parking pass for one vehicle. An additional parking pass is available for $35. Pre-registration is now available to save time at check in. This will give access to two pools, 2 spas, the fitness center, tiki bar, restrooms by the tiki bar, Restaurant & Coffee bar (Tower 2), beach front walkway from the resort, and the grill area at either pool. Grand Panama Wristbands must be worn to access all amenities. Other things to note All guest are required to provide a photo ID and email address to esign the rental agreement after booking.
