The space The Apartment Apartment Paul offers 50 m² of living space, a separate entrance and a private terrace of approximately 25 m². You have exclusive use of the apartment and terrace, giving you plenty of privacy. Sleeping & Living The separate bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm bed. The living area features a sofa bed with a sleeping surface of 140 × 200 cm, suitable for one or two additional guests. A Smart TV and dining area are also available. A foldable baby cot (50 × 85 cm) can be provided on request. Kitchen & Amenities The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils. Wi-Fi, a workspace and underfloor heating provide additional comfort. Terrace & Parking Relax on your private terrace or use the small gas barbecue. Up to two cars can park in the driveway directly in front of the house, parked one behind the other. Please note that the vehicles may not be able to leave independently. Ideal for Families Additional child-friendly equipment is available on request, including a playpen, high chair, changing mat, baby bath, and child-friendly crockery and cutlery. A large, quiet playground is approximately a 5–10-minute walk away. Location The apartment is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Eppelborn. Forests and walking trails are just a few minutes away on foot. Thanks to the convenient motorway access, the apartment is also a great base for exploring the Saarland region. For stays of two nights or more, the Saarland Card is included for eligible guests. It provides access to numerous participating attractions and public transport throughout the Saarland. Arrival & Contact Self check-in is available from 3 pm using your personal access code. Check-out is by 10 am on the day of departure. Guest access During your stay, you have exclusive use of the entire apartment and the private terrace. There are no shared indoor spaces. The driveway is shared, and you can park up to two cars there, one behind the other. Please note that one car may need to be moved before the other can leave. Other things to note Some finishing work on the outdoor areas is still ongoing. The private terrace is already usable; only a narrow strip of paving slabs is still missing. The privacy screen towards the neighbouring property is also not yet fully completed, but a temporary solution is in place. A few visible cosmetic marks from the major renovation remain on the exterior wall. These points affect the appearance of the outside areas only and do not restrict the use of the apartment.
