Your Accommodation at a Glance • 50 m² of living space with modern amenities, including underfloor heating for a comfortable stay. • A 25 m² private terrace with a small gas grill invites you to relax or enjoy a barbecue. • A king-size bed (2 x 1.8 m), a comfortable sofa bed (2 x 1.4 m) for two additional guests, and a foldable baby cot (50 x 85 cm) available on request. Perfect for Families with (Young) Children The apartment is thoughtfully equipped for families: • Upon request, I can provide child-friendly amenities such as a playpen, high chair, baby bath, changing mat, and child-safe tableware. • A large and quiet playground is just 5–10 minutes away on foot – perfect for little adventurers. Privacy & Comfort Your private entrance ensures absolute privacy. Thanks to the natural surroundings, you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere – away from the hustle and bustle, yet still centrally located. A private parking space directly in front of the apartment guarantees stress-free arrival. Central Location in Saarland Located in the heart of Eppelborn, the apartment is the perfect base to explore Saarland. Even though I work shifts, you can always reach out via messages, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible to make your stay as enjoyable as it can be. Guest access During Your stay, You will have full access to the entire apartment – it’s exclusively Yours. Make Yourself comfortable and feel at home! The only shared area is the driveway, where You can park Your car. Other than that, the apartment is completely Yours during Your stay. Other things to note Dear Guests, The outdoor area is not fully completed yet. The terrace is accessible, only a small section of paving stones is missing – purely visual, nothing to worry about. The privacy screen towards the neighboring property isn’t fully finished yet, so I’ve set up a temporary solution to ensure Your privacy as much as possible. Additionally, due to recent renovations, the exterior wall still shows some marks and dirt. Please keep in mind that these are purely cosmetic issues, and they will be taken care of over time – once the weather allows. Thank You for Your understanding! 😊
