The space The home is furnished with luxury king-sized beds in both master suites, queen-sized in two guest rooms, and twin-XL beds in the remaining 2 guest rooms. The large dining space sits adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen that includes all of the essential utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, diswasher, oven, refrigerator, 3 HP blender, and many more extras including a high chair! Need to "work-from-home?" Enjoy our two work space areas, free high speed internet, and quiet surroundings. Ready to wind down? Kick your feet up in either one of the two comfortable living rooms equipped with a 65" smart Roku TV and Blu-ray player. Log in to your streaming apps and catch up on your favorite shows. Or relax on the balcony with breathtaking views of the distant Sedona red rocks while cooking up your favorite food on the natural gas grill. Get your game on under the shade of mature cottonwood trees with our custom cornhole boards, or try your hand at bocce ball on the real! green grass lawn. Roast some marshmallows over an open fire in the comfortable adironack chairs around the stone firepit. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home. This will include the driveway, front and back patios, rear balcony, garage, and fenced in backyard with fire pit. Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home has been equipped with four exterior cameras and video doorbell. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside. The two washer and dryer sets are provided in the home free for guest's use. We stock salt and pepper in the kitchen, but guests often leave additional spices which you are welcome to use. We provide the basic bathroom and kitchen amenities as well including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, towels, wash cloths, make-up cloths, hair dryers, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, and enough toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels to get you started. Guests are expected to purchase or bring additional toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels for longer stays.
