This condo is fully furnished with linens, towels, wi-fi, as well as a TV in the LVR & BDRM. This is a gated community with direct beach access & all the amenities! Get around town with the bicycles that are located in the owners first floor storage where you will also find beach chairs & a sun umbrella! The space This is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom condo on the 3rd floor with amazing ocean views & gorgeous sunsets! It has a full kitchen and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook! Small 2 person table for eating or playing games. Condo is only suitable for 2 people. Please note that per the condo association, there are NO PETS of any kind allowed on the property. Guest access Full access to everything in the condo, as well as the outdoor amenities (pool, basketball, pickleball & tennis courts, putting green, and of course, corn hole!) There is an owner's storage closet in the lower parking area that has beach chairs, beach umbrella & 2 bicycles for you to use & cruise around Emerald Isle! Please note that when using the pool area or the sport courts, owners/renters must wear the blue bracelets that are found in a tray in the condo. This helps to keep these areas only for Queens Court owners and renters. Please be sure to return these bracelets back to the tray before you head back home! Thank you! Other things to note Per the rules of the condo HOA: There is a strict NO PETS OF ANY KIND policy at this property. Effective May 15, 2024, condo owners & guests will have bracelets that are to be worn when at the pool or sports court areas. This is in an effort to keep the areas private for those in the Queens Court community. You will find these bracelets in the condo alongside the gate card. Please be sure to return both the bracelets and gate card on the tray in the condo before you head back home. Thank you so much!
