From the chalet you can enjoy all the amenities to spend a wonderful family vacation: cable car 300 m away, departure of the greenway at the foot of the chalet, opening onto the Vénéon valley (walks, municipal swimming pool, hiking, cycling, white water, via ferrata, paragliding, mountaineering, icefall...). The space When you arrive at the cottage, 3 private parking spaces in front of the house allow you to park your vehicles (+ public parking 20 m away if needed). The entrance hall allows you to get comfortable to enter the main living room consisting of the living room, dining room and kitchen. Thanks to the 3 bay windows that make up the ground floor, you benefit from great light from morning until evening. It is also through these that you access the large wooden terrace overlooking the garden with a magnificent view of the main peaks of the valley. In summer, it's nice to sit there for an aperitif, barbecue or just sunbathe. The land is 100% fenced. In winter, the stove awaits you in the living room, to share a moment together while the children go sledding in the field next door.
