Cozy house, nice view, ideal for families

Ideal house to share beautiful moments with family or friends. With a nice view of the countryside, a beautiful flower garden where you can play ping pong, a barbecue, a zip line, a trampoline. The house is very comfortable, with a very large living room, cocooning by the stove. A beautiful veranda facing east, with a 2nd dining room for lunch in the sun and a corner with carpets, cushions and games for children. Calm, charm and space. The space The house is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Both to stay in the house and to stroll around. We are the last house in a small hamlet, with a nice view and access to a very large grass field.   Little paradise for children, full of toys, games inside. They love to play on the big carpets and cushions of the veranda, Playmobil, large wooden circuit for the train🚂, building games, large bag of legos. Outside, for those who are old enough, they love the zip line, the trampoline🤸, the sandpit... In short, enough to not hear them for 4 hours and be able to have lunch in peace in the garden ☀️ or in the large living room 🔥 :) There is also a nice ping pong table 🏓 in the garage, you can play inside in bad weather, and take it out in good weather. Badminton rackets, balls. And petanque to go play in the hamlet, where there is a court. You can also have a barbecue in the garden, and we have a second outdoor table if there are many of you. The house is very comfortable, you can have an aperitif by the fire, and for meals, you can have them in the large living room (table for 12 people) by the fire too, or in the veranda in the sun, or on the terrace. This also makes it possible to have the children's meal on one side and the parents' on the other. The kitchen is large and well equipped. ACTIVITIES nearby: 🌳🌳The large forest of Ferté Vidam is ideal for those who like to walk (it is a 5-minute drive). There is also a very beautiful garden that regularly opens its doors, it is 1 km away on foot, "the Jardin de Coudray🌺", an absolute must-visit if you like flowers. At La Ferté Vidam, you can visit the castle🏰, the castle park, and especially come for a coffee in the sun on Sunday, market day🍵😎. In terms of activities, there is also the Ferté Vidam racecourse 🏇 which organizes many races, there are also many flea markets in the area, plan a large trunk ;-) 11 minutes away, there is also a cozy guinguette where you can have lunch by the water 🚣. For children and adults there are also beautiful horseback rides in the region🐴.  For children, there is "Aqua Mundo" at Center Park 30 minutes away, you can go there for the day or half day ;) Other things to note The beds are made (depending on the number of guests), but towels are not provided. There's not always room in the cabinets to store your belongings Electricity (including heating) is included up to €15/day. A large stove also heat the house, wood is provided, it is more economical and warm. The veranda is unheated in winter. Both bedrooms on the second floor have low doors (you have to bend down to enter). A little Alice in Wonderland style 😊 Sometimes there are animals that come to the house (not when you're there, of course). However, the neighbor’s cat sometimes wanders around the garden, so if you’re allergic to cats, this isn’t ideal.
