Our new townhouse is in a new peaceful neighborhood which near all big chain stores, including Walmart, Loblaws and Biggest shopping Center. This is a new spacious room in the basement with window facing south. Kitchen and Shower room is quite close to the room(normally no other people use it), kitchen is only shared with a friendly long term tenant.
