The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and encourages you to cook together. The space The 4-room duplex apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a house with a total of 3 residential units. There are 3 bedrooms (one bed with 180 cm, 1 bed with 140 cm and 2 beds with 90 cm width), living room with a sofa bed (120 cm) and dining area, a bathroom with toilet and bathtub, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen for your exclusive use. The outdoor terrace with the lounge, gas grill and sauna/spa area is available for shared use by all 3 residential units. Guest access Enjoy the wellness and garden lounge area in the rear courtyard of the house - the area can be used free of charge by all 3 residential units of the house.
