Our garden invites you to linger together with its gas grill, garden lounge and sauna with an outdoor shower. The spacious duplex apartment offers its guests 3 cozy sheep rooms and a sofabed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and encourages a shared cooking. The space The 4-room maisonette apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a house with a total of 3 residential units. You have 3 bedrooms (one bed with 180cm, 1 bed with 140cm and 2 beds 90cm wide ),living room with a sofa bed (120cm) and dining area, a bathroom with toilet and bathtub , a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen for your exclusive use. The terrace in the outdoor area with the lounge, the gas grill and the sauna/wellness area is available for all 3 residential units for common use. Guest access Enjoy the wellness, garden lounge area in backyard of house - the area can be used free of charge by all 3 residential units of the house.
