This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for a family or couples. At an altitude of 700 meters, in the heart of nature, away from the village and at the gates of the Vercors. All just 30 minutes from the TGV train station. If you need a dose of tranquility and peace to recharge your batteries with family, as a couple or with friends, this is the ideal place. There is direct access to the trails (mountain biking, hiking, trail running and climbing) so you can fully enjoy the fauna and flora. The space This cozy accommodation features a living room/kitchen as the main room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms upstairs. There is a utility area next to the front door so you can store equipment or do laundry without cluttering up the property. Guest access You have access to the living area, the saddlery of the house and the outdoor garden area. Two parking spaces are at your disposal. Other things to note This is a country house with its strengths and weaknesses. You will need to go outside the house to get cell service. To compensate for this, a Starlink dish has been installed to provide internet access. The other parts of the building are under construction, which means there are restricted, unsecured areas. Remember to plan your shopping ahead. A bakery and a restaurant are less than 10 minutes away, and a U Express supermarket is less than 20 minutes away.
