House near Wokingham station with parking

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. There are two rooms and two bathrooms, also on the ground floor there is an additional WC. Well equipped kitchen in an open plan. Very small garden, but in the back of the house there is a small cosy green common area very nice for chilling :) Please notice this is our home which we rent while we are away, we will appreciate you read the full description of the space where more details are provided. The space We make the home available just when we are travelling, so while you will have it for your own there is an addicional room plus a small storage room, where we will leave our personal items so they are not on your way :) , please look after the house as if it was yours :) :) If you require we can offer a baby chair, bed, playpen, and many other usefull baby's related items. Please notice we don't have a TV but you will have very fast internet! , and each room has its own working space with a laptop monitor you could use should you wish, we show them in the pictures. On the first floor there are two rooms and two bathrooms, one is ensuite and the other one between the 2 rooms. One of the rooms has a double bed (135cm width) and in the other room there is an expandable bed (80cm width than doubles when opened) On the ground floor there is an additional WC next to the entrance of the house, then there is a newly installed open plan kitchen. The location of the house is very convenient as it is close to the station as well as to the town center, with many shops and restaurants.
