If you are looking for a great family home near the amazing Turkey Springs Trail System with over 30 miles of hiking/biking trails and Lake Hatcher with some of the best trout in Pagosa Springs, Pagosa Peak Retreat is the home for you. On the main floor there is an extra-large and fully stocked kitchen that opens to the dining and living room with new leather furniture, large flat screen TV and plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The room is large with plenty of natural light and opens on to the large rear deck with gas grill, table, chairs and wonderful valley views. Down the hall you?ll find the master suite with king bed, TV, split bathroom and large walk in closet. The master bedroom also has sliding glass doors that exit on to the rear deck. Also, on the main level is a powder room and laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs are 2 extra large bedrooms each with queen beds, walk in closets and share a common bathroom with separate sinks available to each bedroom. One has an additional XL twin bed. Both bedrooms have amazing views of mountains, valley and Lake Hatcher. This home is located close to Piedra road for easy access, has plenty of parking close to the front door and RV or toy trailer parking on the side. All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises. This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet. This home does not have AC. Check in time is at 4:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM.
