Old vineyard with pool and beautiful view

Just relax. Sit back and enjoy the view over the vineyards and rolling hills. You can see the Alps to the north (or go out onto the 50m2 roof terrace with the same view) and to the Alta Langhe and Monte Viso to the south and east. Or take a walk and visit some of the neighbours to taste the great wines of the area. Canelli with the famous Spumante cellars is just down the hill and Barolo is 1/2 hour away. The space There are two entrances to the house, which consists of a kitchen on the ground floor with room for 10-12 people around the dining table (or you can eat al fresco under the hay cover just outside). 2 living rooms on the ground floor (1 with a fireplace and 1 with a sofa bed), 1 very large living room on the 1st floor, 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have room for children's beds/extra mattresses (12-18 beds in total). In the 70 m2 living room on the 1st floor (the old hayloft) there is also a kitchen section, just as there is a large dining area, sofa group and fireplace. It is the best room in the house with great views ... Outside by the pool area there is, among other things, a large covered terrace with lounge furniture, barbecue and dining area.
