It is an oasis of relaxation and tranquility on the outskirts of Preveza city. It consists of a space of 100sqm, with a fully fitted kitchen equipped, large living room and comfortable dining area. The sofa can accommodate a child or an adult. It also has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. They all have a view of our lush garden. From the kitchen there is direct access to an outdoor backyard where you can enjoy the breeze and relax under the beautiful trees. In the garden there is a large dining area and a hammock where you can lie after bathing at the sea. The bathroom is modern, has a washing machine hairdryer and toiletries. The apartment is ideal for guests who want to combine tranquility, relaxation and nightlife in the most beautiful city of the Ionian. Guest access Our apartment can be reached: 1. By taxi: There is a taxi station just outside the airport's arrival area. The cost is around 30 € and the transport time is approximately 15 minutes to the apartment. 2. With car rental: The rented car is picked up from the airport. There are several car rental companies. The price is adjusted according to the car type that you chose and the duration of the lease. Other things to note 1. The apartment is suitable for children, but children under 5 years old should not be left unattended in the garden. 2. Candle lighting is not allowed for safety reasons to avoid fire. 3. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those who have been agreed. 4. Please take care of the facilities, the equipment and the furniture of the house and let us know directly in case of damage. 5. The apartment is new as well as the equipment, so unjustified or major damage or losses should be replaced by the tenant. 6. Please respect your neighbors especially during hours of common silence. In Greece, quiet hours are between 15:00 and 17:00 and from 23:00 in the evening until 08:00 in the morning.
