If you need to work or study remotely, there's high-speed WiFi throughout the house to keep you connected. There are 4 queen beds in the 3 spacious bedrooms. 2 bedrooms (both guest rooms) are equipped with smart tvs. The fully stocked kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space, making it easy to whip up delicious meals for your entire group. Enjoy a meal together in the large dining area, which includes a huge dining table and plenty of seating for everyone. The backyard is a true oasis, complete with a beautiful heated pool, an outdoor dining table, and a patio grill, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxation. No garage access for guests. Pool maintenance is done every Thursday afternoon. He will enter the pool area through the backyard. No access to the house is required. Lawn maintenance is done bi monthly and may occur during your stay. They come between 7-8am but are in and out within 15 min. Only outdoor yard access will be required.
