You may visit on foot the beautiful village of USSON ranked LES PLUS BEAUX VILLAGES DE FRANCE.Our house will enable big tribes to meet while respecting different lifestyles. During winter you may profit from skying (45 mn). Have a nice stay in the auvergnate TOSCANE ! If you sarch for long-term residence please specify The space Large surface house (220 sqm) including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area awith 2 tables (10 a+ 6 persons), a large living room (40 sqm) with view and 2 rest areas (ground and first floor). First of ones includes a very large parent room which could host baby beds and a second rom for 2 children and adults (1 bed). This area includes a toilet area (shower and toilet). The second night area is 1st floor and includes 3 rooms among wich a room with a bunk bed, separate toilet and a large bathroom. All the rooms are recently renovated. The garden is closed and tended. You may profit from a covered terrace for sharing food (and view) in the open air. A second terrace with BBQ is available. Rooms and toilets had been fully renovated. Bedding is professional standard. Additional fees of 8 € per night and per person if > 5 people. If you prefer to use yoor own linens you will benefit from a 80 € discount. The house includes many storage spaces. Guest access All the rooms apart form cellar and dressing room (1st floor). Other things to note Quality equipment and high quality stylish furnishings.
