The space The two-bedroom unit occupies the ground floor of our two-story single-family home. The bedrooms, featuring a queen-sized bed, has nightstands equipped charging stations for your convenience. Step outside the bedrooms to your own private outdoor space, thoughtfully separated from our main backyard by privacy screens. Here, you can unwind and bask in the tranquil atmosphere. The dining area boasts a kitchenette and a cozy dining table. While a stove is not available, the kitchenette is fully stocked with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker. Relax in the living room, where a gas fireplace invites you to cozy up on the sofa with chaise. A 65” Vizio Smart TV is at your disposal, allowing you to log into your preferred streaming services such as Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon. Adjacent to the sofa, you'll find a dedicated workspace featuring an L-shaped desk and task chair. Guest access During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire two-bedroom unit, with a separate private entrance conveniently located next to the garage door. Other things to note While we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, it's important to note that sound travels easily within our home. As we reside upstairs with two young children, there may be occasional sounds that reach the unit. Additionally, being close to the MUNI light rail line, you may occasionally hear train noises or feel slight vibrations. These are generally akin to white noise, but we want to inform light sleepers in advance. Please keep in mind that being on the lower level, this unit may be slightly cooler. To ensure your comfort, we have provided multiple space heaters throughout the unit. Moreover, the living room features a gas fireplace for added warmth and ambiance.
