Hausbe Room is located near the center of Bagni di Lucca. It has been renovated in a modern Tuscan style to make your stay comfortable. The apartment was converted from a larger villa that borders a forest of chestnut and acacia trees. The difference in height between the main road and the house means that you can enjoy the natural environment without losing contact with the town center, which is only 1.5 km away and 3.5 km from the station. The space In summer and winter, it's the ideal place to be. Made from brick and stone for external insulation, the apartment is adjacent to the main house. In summer, it is naturally cool, and in winter, this makes the room pleasant. Upon entering, there is a kitchenette with a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher and an arched window overlooking Lima Creek. Free TV and wifi. There are appliances, and the room is soundproofed. There is also a kitchen and central heating. The en-suite bathroom has been completely renovated with a flat resin shower. The house is powered entirely by renewable energy sources, and you can enjoy our local spring water direct from the faucet. The house is located in the great outdoors: we live in harmony with our natural environment, and we don't use chemicals to maintain the property's flora. It's a place for people who love nature, where water is one of the most impressive features, and where you can live in harmony with the environment. It's a place for getting away from the city without giving up the comforts of living near the town center. This is the best thing about the Hausbe room. We thoroughly clean and disinfect before each new guest arrives. Guest access Once you've parked your car in the property's parking lot down the road, follow a 50-meter uphill path (not suitable for vehicles) with a 35% slope to reach the villa. The apartment is in a villa in the countryside near our beekeeping farm. You can enjoy the scents and products of our hives, and – why not? – if you are lucky, you can watch us as we take care of our bees. There is a small outdoor garden, equipped with an umbrella, comfortable deck chairs, and a table where you can enjoy pleasant moments. If you wish, you can pay a visit to the beehives.
