The apartment Newly renovated at the beginning of 2019, the apartment sundial on the ground floor offers a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom on 65sqm space for 4 people and a toddler. It features a partially covered terrace, fully equipped kitchen. They live about 150 m from the Moselle, with a view of the vineyards. A play corner in the housing is for our little guests. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and other utensils. On sunny days you can relax on the furnished terrace with sunbeds. One car parking space per apartment is reserved for our guests. Other parking is available Special features The Moselsteig, recently awarded the certificate "Leading Quality Trail - Best of Europe", is 365 km long and extends over 24 stages along the Moselle, from Perl on the French border to the Deutsches Eck to Koblenz. Region The year 2008 is the year of the walnut tree! Brauneberg offers the longest walnut tree avenue on the Moselle with a length of more than 1.6 km directly on the wide Moselauen. From our apartment you will see the only simultaneous church with onion tower in the central moss area. The Franciscan Monastery is a 2-minute walk away. Over 50 km of signposted hiking trails invite hikers and nature lovers to linger & relax on forest and/or vineyards. Bicycle paths, as well as trails for experienced mountain bikers, otherwise offer unattainable destinations to explore.
