Affordable & Homey Room in Davao

You will be staying in a strategically located place. It's near the airport, hospitals (SPMC, Tebow, MDMRMC), & various malls. It's easily accessible to 24/7 public & private transportation. You will have your own private room w/ basic amenities: single bed w/ mattress & 2 pillows (with beddings), table & chair, clothes rack & hangers, and towel. The bathroom is shared between 2 rooms. It's a hip place. Expect random street noise & good vibes. Wifi is available & sari-sari store is adjacent. The space This listing is part of a residential compound along Waling-Waling Street in Buhangin, Davao City. This is one of the main streets of Poblacion Buhangin, so you may expect a bustling and safe neighborhood. Our compound is composed of 3 parts: the main house where the owner resides, small rental units for long-term lease, and a sari-sari store adjacent to the 2 rooms listed on Airbnb. The Airbnb Rooms on this listing have a separate mini gate so guests can go in and out at their own convenience. The 2 Airbnb Rooms share the toilet and bath. Room A is currently unavailable, so the listing here is for Room B. As such, only Room B guests actually use the bathroom and will not be sharing it with others. As this listing is part of a residential compound, we hope you treat it with respect and may you easily feel at home here. 🏡💕 Guest access The guest will have access to their own room. The room is furnished with basic essentials, just enough for a comfortable and homey stay in Davao. The guest also has access to the toilet and bath, which is shared between 2 rooms only. But currently, the other room is unlisted, so you won’t be sharing the t&b with anyone during your stay. The guest will be given keys to the gate which leads to the listed room, so they may go in and out of the place as they please. Outsiders and unregistered guests are strictly not allowed inside the room. During your stay I live in the same compound where the guest will be staying. The guest will have their own privacy, but should they need anything, we can easily attend to them. Other things to note We endeavor to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
