A spacious country house super close to major highways for an easy commute to shopping and restaurants. The property fronts FM 646 and is 3 miles to I-45. House is tucked away from the highway frontage and located behind trees, with roughly 1 acre green space in front. You will escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet within 30-min away from all attractions Houston-Galveston offers: NASA Space center, Kemah, Galveston beaches. The space The house has a split plan with the master bedroom with ensuite full bath on one side of the house and two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom on the other site. The center of the house is a large living room opens to the spacious kitchen and dining area. House has a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer for guests’ use. Note our price increases if the guest number exceeds 4, children included. Additional guest fee applies for guest #5 and above till the maximum occupancy. Please indicate your exact number of guests at booking and the quote will reflect that. If you increase the number of guests after your reservation is made, additional guest fee may apply. Guests DO NOT have access to the garage or the backyard barn. These are exclusively used by the owners and not included in the rental. We allow only house-trained pets with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Additional pet fee may apply if you bring more pets than indicated at booking. Maximum 2 pets allowed on premises. Clean after your pets or additional cleaning fee will be charged. Guest access Guests DO NOT have access to the garage or the backyard barn. These are exclusively used by the owners and not included in the rental. Owners may need to access those areas during your stay and will always give an advanced notice to guests. No more than 4 vehicles are allowed to park on premise. If you bring trailers, the number of trailers is accounted towards the parking limit. Do not drive or park on grass. Property has security cameras in the front yard. No security cameras inside the house. Other things to note House rules to note before booking: (1) No party or any event is allowed. Violation will result in immediate eviction with no refund. (2) The property’s maximum occupancy is 9 people (adults and children combined). This limit applies to all visitors present on property, not limited to overnight guests. Violation will result in immediate eviction with no refund. (3) No smoking inside the house. Violation will be fined by $500 and result in eviction with no refund. (4) We allow only house-trained pets with a $100 fee per pet per stay. (5) No loud music after 9PM each day. Do not trespass neighbor’s property.
