Located in the Upper East Side at East 94th Street between 1st - 2nd Avenue (walk up building). a block away from the Q subway line on 2nd avenue, M79 cross town bus, 4,5,6 train lines Central Park, Metropolitan Museum and many more attraction. There are many supermarkets, laundry, GYM, restaurants & bars in the area The space Located in the Upper East Side on 94th Street between 1st - 2nd Avenue (walkup building) Featuring 1 bedroom + office / living room, fully equipped kitchen and marble tiled bathroom. The Master bedroom includes a Full-size bed, there is another single sofa bed in the other room. Extras single bed can be provided upon request. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, dishes and utensils. For your convenience, Wi-Fi is available. Linens and towels will be provided. There is a common area between the bedroom and office (kitchen and dining area). if asking to add guests after booking there will be additional charge of $10/night for any extra guests. All pets must be approved in advance, the pet fee is vary between $250 - $350 Utilities are excluded and run for $330 per month (can be paid through Airbnb) and cover the electric, WiFi and streaming TV box with Netflix (between June 1st - October 1st the utilities are $350 per month) Other things to note Utilities such as electricity, wifi are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 a month (between June 1st - October 1st the utilities are $350 per month) that should be paid through Airbnb resolution center on monthly basis. There is Roku Streamer Box. In some cases between June 1st - September 1st the minimum stay will be 90 days All check in must be coordinate in advance at least 48 hours prior to check in. for last minute booking we will need an advance notice of few hours There is $50 late check in fee after 10pm and $100 after midnight All pets must be approved in advance. There is a pet fee that vary between $200 - $300. Getting access to the mailbox is not guarantee, you can receive packages without any issue **Guest Check-In Requirement:** For the safety and security of all our guests, we require that each guest presents a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
