This is not your Grandma's Spare room! A peaceful and centrally located place to stay in Newton, KS. The space This is a duplex, you will stay on one entire side of it, it has its own parking space and private feel along with entrance. (2 garages separate the duplex’s so you never have to worry about noise being shared). The house is older which is why the price point for this property is lower than some of my other rentals. Please know coming into your stay this space has character but is clean, welcoming and homey. (THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, please do not expect fancy resort style living while staying in this affordable and homey airbnb.)
