This elegant two-room apartment is located in a newly developed area in western Malmö called Limhamns Sjöstad, its a 5 min walk to the sea which is situated right next to Malmös largest beach and recreation areas, there are marinas, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a golfcenter just a short walk from the apartment but still just a 10min bus/bike ride downtown. Please ask for garage availability. The space The apartment is 52 sqm big with a separate bedroom, the bed is 160cm wide(queen size). The kitchen and combined livingroom has a 120cm bed sofa with an extra top matress, a thtree seater sofa, 50inch smart tv and a tv box with all the apps, the kitchen has all the amenities for even a longer stay, both nespresso machine and regular coffee maker. There is washing machine/dishwasher in the apartment. Other things to note Please ask for garage availability if you want to use the garage. We’re happy to welcome families! Kindly note that for bookings with infants, an additional €50 per stay will be added to the reservation.
