This device is for consideration of the neighborhood and ensuring no parties in backyard will occur, please do not touch these devices. If the noise level alert goes off, I will ask you to tone it down and that is your only warning. Any further alerts I receive, I will ask you to leave or escort you off the property with police and cancel your reservation without a refund. - No large gatherings and parties are NOT permitted, keep loud noise and music in backyard at a MINIMUM to respect the neighbors. - No biker rallies - No more than 4 vehicles parked on property. Two of which must be parked inside garage. No parking in front of neighbors homes. -No parking on the driveway please park either inside garage and use garage remotes, or park on sidewalk in FRONT of our house. NOT in front of any neighbors homes. -Please make sure youre at the CORRECT address, DO NOT INTERACT with the neighbors - Quiet hours 10pm-8am. No music or gatherings in front or in backyard during these times. - NO Smoking inside. Permitted outdoors ONLY, any odors from smoke detected after checkout will result in a $300 fine. - Adult supervision required AT ALL times for any children in the pool or backyard. - No lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk. - Pool cleaner comes every Thursday early afternoon - Sometimes I will have Amazon packages arrive for the house, if you dont mind, please bring them inside.
