Welcome to Casa Arya! We are a charming beach house located in Caleta Sur. We have a terrace with a panoramic ocean view and direct access to the beach, grill, Chinese box, campfire, TV room, Netflix, Wifi, Directv, entertainment system, dining room, 2 bedrooms with fan, 2 bathrooms. We will provide you with sets of sheets, gas, a 20-liter drinking water drum and 2200 liters of water. Capacity: 6 people, the house is equipped, furnished with modern furniture and decorated. The space Casa Arya is a single-level house and is easily accessible if you come with children or adults who need assistance. In front of the house is the Tortuga square and the shore where children can play without any problems. We are a few meters from the "bañadero" (swimming area), a place known for having umbrellas and being a stone shore to visit while swimming. Our location is "privileged" as we are right in front of the ocean in a residential area known as Caleta Sur. The house is furnished and equipped with all the needs we have in the ad for your vacation rental (you can check if we have what you need). The property is equipped to make your visit comfortable and feel as close to home as possible. All our rooms have sets of sheets, pillows and blankets. Everything has been carefully disinfected. The bathrooms have the basic toiletries, toilet paper and body soap, as well as the provision of clean towels that we will leave according to your reservation and that will be provided for the duration of your rental. The kitchen is a space that is well equipped with complete dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery, kitchen utensils, set of pots and pans, glasses, shaker and more. Also all small and large appliances such as the refrigerator and stove with oven, the gas is included for your use. The TV room has a nice set of furniture from where you can appreciate the ocean views. We have premium Directv and Netflix service. The terrace has a gas grill, we have furniture that you can use, as well as a nice small fire pit that you can light with alcohol. Parking is in front of the property. We have room for two vehicles and we have a video surveillance camera at the entrance for your safety. The property has a rustic beach style that has been transformed to the interests and needs of the current situation without losing its essence, the decoration is warm and with beautiful handmade ornaments that allude to the sea and its beautiful goodness. Guest access If you rent the house, you will have the entire property at your disposal, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, terrace as well as its furniture and equipment, you will be given the key and we will give you a tour of the property so that you can familiarize yourself quickly. Before your arrival, we will coordinate by message the estimated time of entry to be able to receive you as well as the location by maps, we will provide you with detailed information by pdf of the use of the property and my recommendations of activities, restaurants and more places of fun and I will generate an exclusive code for the use of the safe where the key to the property is located. If the arrival time is too late for my time frame, you will be given automatic entry so that you can enter without problems by following the steps. I will always be attentive to your messages and we will always coordinate to have good communication. Other things to note Guests are informed that the spa does not have municipal water and drainage connections and that the water is not potable, therefore this cost is already covered within the cleaning fee (for bookings of long stays longer than 6 days see conditions). They are initially given 2,200 liters of water and a 20-liter drum for drinking water. You are urged to use water responsibly as it is a scarce resource.
