Equipped with a stove, oven, Keurig coffee maker, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave & many utensils, and baking supplies, you'll feel right at home. Long term renters will feel they aren't going without any of the essentials. Off the kitchen you'll find a spacious two door pantry for all of your food storage needs. When its time to enjoy your deliciously created meal, our breakfast bar is the perfect spot for you to sit down and enjoy. **LIVING ROOM** Next, you'll make your way through to the living room. Enjoy the endless amount of natural light, looking out to your ground floor private balcony with seating. Alternatively, our California Slide Shutters can be closed for complete privacy and light blocking for a restful sleep. Sit back and relax on the newly purchased fabric sofa with chaise lounger. Turn on the Smart TV, fireplace unit if desired and relax after a long day. **BEDROOM** Welcome to our comfortable bedroom, located just on the backside of the living room. A newly purchased plush Queen mattress awaits you, with soft UGG natural fiber bedding that will help keep you cool in the Florida heat. Comfortably outfitted with two side tables for storage. The bed is located within watching distance of the tv for late night/early morning enjoyment. Alternatively, utilize our built in lamps to curl up with a good book. Just off the bedroom you will find two very large closets for your personal belongings. Considering the 1 bedroom size of the unit, storage will be no issue. **BATHROOM** Located just off the bedroom you will find the bathroom where you can enjoy a relaxing soak, or a shower. Our bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs. **LAUNDRY** On-site laundry is located just outside the unit, where you will find multiple washer and dryers to utilize.
