With its excellent location in the immediate vicinity of the Lahnhöhenweg and the Lahntal bike path, this vacation home offers easy access to numerous cultural attractions and sports activities. The space This charming property offers a unique blend of traditional charm and modern amenities. The vacation home is functionally furnished. It's the perfect place for your stay, with two bedrooms that can accommodate a total of five people. In the dining room, a large dining table and a cozy corner bench await you, inviting you to long and convivial meals. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the modern two-seater couches and the cozy armchair and enjoy the evening in front of the large smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ or PrimeVideo. The fully equipped kitchen has been completely rebuilt and offers everything your heart desires: ceramic hob, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, a huge fridge and freezer as well as all the necessary cooking utensils. You will be delighted by the inviting entrance area that leads you directly into your vacation home. The spacious bathroom offers all the comfort you need. A washing machine and dryer are available for free use. In the spacious garden and on the covered terrace you can relax and enjoy nature. They are available solely for the use of our guests. For your convenience, there is public and free parking just about 30 meters from the property. Other things to note This charming cottage is located in the idyllic village of Fachingen, which is famous for its healing water "Staatl. Fachingen". During the warm season, the public outdoor swimming pool in the neighboring village of Birlenbach is only a short walk of 800 meters away and offers a refreshing cool-down. The vacation home is a perfect refuge, as Fachingen train station is only a 3-minute walk away. From here you can easily reach the historic town of Diez, which is only one stop away and is worth a visit with its magnificent Oranienstein Palace and the Diez Grafenschloss. Also in Diez you will find a climbing park, an ice rink, an indoor swimming pool as well as many restaurants and shopping facilities. The stunning half-timbered old town of Limburg and the famous Limburg Cathedral are just a few minutes' drive or another stop from Fachingen and offer numerous culinary experiences and leisure activities such as a cinema, an indoor trampoline park and a go-kart track. For spiritual experiences, you can visit the Holy Mother Meera in neighboring Balduinstein and receive her blessing, known as Darshan. If you want to relax, visit the Emser Therme in the spa town of Bad Ems, 30 minutes away, and pamper yourself with wellness and massage. Due to the proximity to the source of Staatlich Fachingen, noise from passing trucks can occur on weekdays.
