The space The apartment in the hip and popular west of Leipzig, is only a few minutes away from the city center and the Red Bull Leipzig Arena. This luxurious and modern designed apartment in a quiet, yet central location with its own parking space in front of the house, offers you everything for a relaxing stay in this vibrant city. --> 1 bedroom --> Box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) --> Sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) --> Personal parking space --> Modern designer bathroom --> Terrace The accommodation All rooms are very modern and attractively designed. In the living room you will find a designer couch from Who's Perfect, it can be folded out and then has a lying surface with a mattress in queen size format. In the living room there is also a dining table for 4 people and a 55 "inch OLED TV. The bedroom is large and quiet and equipped with a box spring bed (180x200 cm). There is also a closet and seating from Fatboy. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine. You can access the private terrace from the kitchen. The bathroom is also completely new and has a floor-level shower, hairdryer and various care products. There is also a modern washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Guest access Access is via the central front door. The apartment has its own lockable apartment door. We'll leave the keys in the key safe. Our good house spirit Susi is on site and helps with questions. Other things to note Animals are not allowed in our apartment. Please let us know if you need a crib or high chair.
