40 Winks - self contained annex

A brand new self contained annex adjoined to our family home, ready for guests to stay and enjoy the Dorset countryside. Set in an idyllic village, Cranborne is known for being an area of outstanding natural beauty and for having the best unpolluted night skies for star gazing. Within walking distance we have great pubs, restaurants, garden centre with café, historic church, village shop with post office and a fantastic brewery with neighbouring bakery which offers Friday night takeaway pizzas. The space The annex contains a newly installed kitchen with dish washer, microwave, oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine with dryer. Breakfast bar and barstools. Teas, coffee and fresh milk will be provided. King size bed and two chair beds which fold out as singles. Storage and hanging space for clothes. Shower room with heated towel rail and light up vanity mirror. Power shower with towels and soaps provided. Toilet rolls provided. Guest access Access to the annex is up a gradual slope past the side of our house and down some steps to the patio and annex, unfortunately not wheelchair or pram friendly. The annex has it's own private access with key safe for self check in. Shared with the owners is a patio area with tables and seating, large garden laid to lawn. Children's play toys and trampoline are welcome to be used and sunbeds and hammock will be put out when the weather allows. Off road parking on a shared drive way with owners. Other things to note We do have a very friendly Labrador who rarely barks, she may want to say hello if out in the garden but please let us know prior to visit if you would prefer no interaction with her as this is not a problem to manage. We also have two young children, so although we are out most of the time, when home there maybe some noise transfer, we will try to be as considerate as possible with this and ask for the same in return. We are non smokers but will leave an ashtray on the patio for guests to use for outside smoking only.
