Cozy studio with lake views – close to nature and swimming

Bright and cozy studio with lake view, just 15 minutes from Karlstad city center. Here you live quietly by the lake with nature around the corner, beach and jetty for swimming. The studio has an alcove, kitchen, sofa corner and fresh bathroom. Private patio with barbecue grill - perfect for summer evenings. 🌿 Pedal boat and paddleboard are available to borrow if you want to go out on the lake. Bus stop right outside the house. As a neighbor, there is a sourdough bakery where you can pre-order freshly baked bread and sometimes popular pizza evenings are arranged. 🍕 The space Wake up with lake views and nature right at your doorstep. The guest house is bright, modern and cleverly planned for a comfortable stay. There is a 140 cm bed in the sleeping alcove as well as a sofa bed for two people, which means that up to four guests can stay here. The kitchen is fully equipped for easier cooking and includes a stovetop and air fryer. The private bathroom is fresh and equipped with shower and washing machine. Outside there is a private patio with table, benches and barbecue – perfect for breakfast in the sun or a quiet summer evening. The entrance to the guest house is via the patio. Here you live quietly and close to nature with the lake just a few steps away. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire guest house with its own entrance and patio. You can easily check in yourself via a key box next to the door. The code will be sent to you before arrival. You can also use the beach and jetty by the lake, which is right next to the accommodation. During the stay, there is a possibility to borrow a pedal boat and paddleboard if you want to go out on the lake. Parking is next to the house. We live in the house next door and are available if you need help or have questions, but of course respect your privacy during the stay. Other things to note The guest house is close to nature by the lake but is also easy to reach, only about 15 minutes from Karlstad city center. Bus stop is just outside the house. As a neighbor, there is a sourdough bakery where you can pre-order freshly baked bread for your stay (at least 3 days before arrival). At certain times, pizza evenings are also organized in the bakery. During the summer, there is strawberry picking within about a 15-minute walk. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 150/€13 per person. Please let us know in connection with the booking if you wish to rent. The studio is smoke-free and pet-free.
