Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. located in the heart of Howland township (warren Ohio). Our AirBandB is Licensed/Permitted and inspected by the county. The house is tucked away from the road giving it a peaceful environment, yet it is close to everything. suitable for up to 6 guests 1200 sq foot recently renovated / updated. Quiet and convenient stay near Avalon (local golf courses) Eastwood Mall Complex , Mahoning Valley Scrappers & River Rock at the Amp. The space 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom house. master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress. 2nd bedroom features a full-sized bed with memory mattress, 3rd bedroom features a dedicated workspace and a futon. living room features a Wi-Fi based 50" Flat Screen TV ( you will need to go into your personal NETFLIX/HULU /Disney Ect. Accounts) kitchen features all basic appliances including toaster and coffee maker. *** update September 2024 - one of our recent guests used a strong chemical in the garden tub that stained / discolored the vinyl, and we are unable to remove the stain (near the drain - appears as if they soaked something) - we had tried multiple Soulutions unsuccessfully - THE TUB IS CLEAN AND DISINFECTED however shows stains near the drain hole*** This is a completely private unit however there is another unit ( 1 bed room smaller unit ) which has its own entry door and is completely separate- you will be sharing a wall in the dining room area with that unit and back yard parking spots ( as in don’t be alarm if you come up to your booking and there is another car in the driveway ) Guest access Entire House Other things to note the house has an adjoining AirBandB unit with a shared wall on living quarters; dining areas , ( not the bedrooms) - depending on occupancy you may hear some noise around the dining room from behind the wall.
