Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located in the small town of Garfield, this place in on Hwy 62 for quick access to many NWA attractions like Eureka Springs, Bentonville, and Rogers. This is the Basement of a home that provides beds for 6, one bathroom, and a living area. Access to a laundry room is provided, but is a shared space with the upstairs home. This is a clean, updated place to rest your head while you explore all that NWA has to offer. This is the basement level of the home. It has been completely remodeled for a comfortable stay. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, living area, kitchenette, and even a safe room! The first bedroom offers a queen sized bed in a cozy room with a television. The second bedroom has a modified bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. The living area offers ample seating for when you want to rest and relax while on your trip. The bathroom has a large walk-in tile shower. The kitchenette has a coffee station with Keurig, microwave, refrigerator, and basic kitchen supplies to use while on your visit. There is even a safe room in the basement that is made to withstand strong storms if they occur while on your trip. All bedrooms and safe rooms offer alternate escape routes through windows in case of emergencies. There is a laundry room provided with this unit, however it is a shared space with the main level unit so please use it accordingly. There is a lock between the basement and laundry area to keep the rest of your area completely private. Access to this unit is through the back door and uses a keypad entrance. Your personal code will be sent to you after booking. Parking for the lower level is located to the left of the carport area. So please be respectful of other guests and park where appropriate. We will typically not be at the house during your stay, however if you need anything we are a short drive away and the best way to contact us is messaging us through the AirBnB app. We hope you enjoy your stay with us at the Garfield Get-a-way! Northwest Arkansas offers numerous activities to do while in the area. We do have a six bike bicycle rack for you to use and lock your bikes if that is the activity you choose to do while on your trip. We also provide local channels that is accessed through the live TV section of all the ROKU TVs. You are also welcome to log in and enjoy other streaming services that you may have while on your trip!
