The space The Snuggle is on the ground floor of a three storey apartment block. (The apartment above has two floors). It has it's own private entrance from the street with three steps up to the front door. The apartment is all on one level and consists of an open plan lounge/dining area with a sofa bed which folds down to the size of a large single/three quarter bed. Please note that the use of the sofa bed and the linen for this must be requested at the time of booking and will be provided for an additional charge of £25 per stay. The lounge has a 39" JVC Smart TV and a smart speaker. Leading off the lounge/diner is the kitchen which contains a gas hob and oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with a mains shower, toilet and basin. There is also a table and benches at the front of the property so you can enjoy some time outside. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay. This includes a private entrance from the street and a dedicated off-street parking space located behind the building. Other things to note To ensure a smooth and secure stay for everyone, we have a simple guest verification process. Once your booking is confirmed, we will request a contact email address and mobile number through our official partner, Enso Connect. We also require a refundable £400 Good Housekeeping Bond. This is simply a temporary hold placed on your card by your card issuer and is released after your stay, provided the property is left in good order. Alternatively, you may opt for a non-refundable £40 Bond Waiver. Completing these steps is mandatory as it grants you access to your personalised digital Boarding Pass. This pass contains all the essential details for your stay, including directions, key safe codes, and helpful property information.
