Beautiful cottage in an eco-village

Beautiful house in an eco-house; you will be seduced by its vast and bright spaces, its exposed beams, its atypical bathroom, its modern kitchen, its living room open to the outside on both sides, its gas barbecue, its access to the two-hectare park. Welcome to the Clos de la Louve! The space We are a young collective that acquired this beautiful 17th century building in 2023 to create a shared habitat and an ecological gîte. We are committed to hosting you in spaces that combine the charm of the old with a resolutely ecological management of the premises and resources. You will therefore stay in an "eco-home", in an individual gîte of 155 m2 with its own access, on two floors. You will have access to: - a fully equipped kitchen (ground floor) - a large and beautiful bedroom (32 m2 + 13 m2 of bathroom) with exposed beams and high ceilings, in which the bathroom is located (attention, without a separating wall, see photos) - 5 single beds - a triple bedroom (upstairs) - a 60 m2 living/dining room (ground floor) - an extra shower near the kitchen (ground floor) - two separate toilets (upstairs and ground floor) - a parking lot These spaces are entirely self-contained, and you will share with the inhabitants of the place the two hectares of land that invites you to stroll, with its orchards, its swing, its tree-lined corners, its French alleys. You will have access on foot to the church of Cramans; to a beach on the Loue River; to the Saline Royale d'Arc-et-Senans. Less than an hour by bike, you can go to the forest of Chaux and its 14th century barracks, in Arbois, in Salins-les-Bains. A little further (by car, or by train) you can go hiking on the plateaus of the Jura mountains. During your stay, yoga sessions, board game evenings, workshops may be organized… do not hesitate to consult the association's calendar and join us if you wish! An eco-home, what is it? We make every effort to reduce our carbon footprint and our impact on the environment: Marseille soap and white vinegar for the maintenance of lodges, solid soaps and shampoos, local products, 5% discounts for all people who come without a car (we are a 35-minute walk from Arc-et-Senans train station)... Renting the cottages allows us to renovate and develop the building in such a way as to reduce its footprint and to disseminate, to as many visitors as possible, this way of inhabiting the earth while respecting its limits. We are also delighted to meet people and talk about our project: if you feel like it, don't hesitate to come and chat with the locals! Other things to note We want to keep prices affordable, both for renting and cleaning, and for this we ask you to make the kitchen clean and empty the garbage in the corresponding bins. Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided. It can be rented for €10 per person per stay. Bed size: 90 x 190. Soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper, spices, dish towels, sponges, cleaning products are provided.
