The small cottage

A 2-minute walk to the city center of Luchon (700 meters walk to the cable cars) and just opposite the thermal baths and the pretty Parc des Quinconces is our atypical apartment (under plex) which offers 3 beautiful bedrooms (2 on the ground floor with bathroom and toilet; 1 large bedroom in the basement with access to terrace and garden). Living room in the basement (2.04 m high) with access to terrace and garden. Warm decor, it feels like home! Pets are allowed with an extra fee. The space We look forward to hosting you in our apartment, which we have put a lot of heart into renovating. All bedrooms and living room are refurbished. Atypical apartment in plex with terrace and private garden. Full kitchen equipment, new bedding, only the laundry room, pantry, bathroom and toilet are not yet renovated, but clean. 2 possible accesses: ground floor access (2 upstairs bedrooms + bathroom and toilet) or large service staircase which will later be completely renovated which allows access to the basement to the living room (living room/kitchen and large 15 m2 bedroom and a terrace with plancha and garden access). A Japanese-style staircase connects the ground floor and the finished basement, a little surprising at first, you get used to it quickly but you need to be careful so it is not recommended for young children and people with reduced mobility. 1 bath mat + 1 towel + 1 hand towel is provided. Bedding is provided (duvet cover kit, pillowcases and fitted sheet) only for weekly rentals , for short-term rentals you can rent them via the concierge. Towels are to be provided. 1 baby bed with 1 mattress and a high chair (from 0 to 3 years old made available) that said, please note that the apartment is currently not suitable for families with babies and very young children. Guest access entire home + terrace and garden free street parking Check-in starts at 5pm and check-out is at 11am lockbox access. Other things to note Bookings during the school holidays are only by the week from Saturday to Saturday, exceptions can be made for last-minute bookings if available. Thank you
