⚠️ Air purifier included to save your health ⚠️ (Electricity, water, and internet all fully included :) At the 10th floor, you will enjoy your stay in this renovated condo. The appartment is friendly for online worker, thanks to the strong Wifi fiber, the big desk, the office chair & the screen monitor provided. The location is very central, in the heart of Nimman. At less than 10 minutes walking, you will find plenty of restaurants, coffee shop, coworking space, bars, and 2 shopping mall. The space Guest usually love the big table in wood to have some work done, the second monitor provided (& keyboard), and the internet fiber 300Mbps. All the necessaries to cook are provided, as well as the necessaries for bathroom, such as shampoo, conditionner, soap, towels... The room has a smart TV with Netflix premium included. You'll love the 4 good quality speakers (can connect in bluetooth). The aircon is brand new (2023), and not blowing fresh air toward your bed, neither your sofa or your office desk. You will appreciate the "quiet mode" which make almost no noise. I renovated this appartment by myself, with western standard. I can't enumarate all the little things which will make the appartment more convenient, but to give you a few examples: - windows double glazing to don't hear the plane noise (Nimman is near to the airport) - door soundproof to don't hear your neighbours at night time - black out curtain, to let you wake up at the time you want - high quality matrass (brand Dunlopillo) - electric socket everywhere - high quality sofa - many lights and lighting options, to have a good luminosity in your working time, and switch to a cosy environment for your chilling time - etc etc... There are security guards 24 hours, and parking for your motorbike (we'll provide you advices if you wish to rent a bike). Other things to note ⚠️ Please notice this is a residential building, and it's possible there is renovation noise in the building. There is no noise before 10AM and no noise after 5PM. We don't have any control on that, and if you need a noise guarantee, please don't take the risk to book with us (so sorry). Thank you so much and sorry for inconveniences :)
