Walk 1/2 mile to the Rotunda, the "Corner" and University of Virginia. Newly renovated, the Preston Perch cottage is one flight up. Complimentary WiFi, porch with rockers, courtyard and gardens. Enjoy this cozy, private home away from home. The space The Preston Perch is a cozy 2nd level cottage adjacent to our home. Walk down the driveway, through the gate and courtyard, and up the steps to the porch. There are a couple of rocking chairs where you can relax and unwind. Inside is a warm comfortable living room with table to set up your laptop. The kitchenette has microwave and coffeemaker. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the courtyard's chaise lounge, tables and chairs. Walk through the boxwood arch to the side yard and gardens. There's a firepit and laundry facilities upon request.
