Traditional Stone House at Lefkada’s Village

100 years old traditional stone house nestled in the gentle slopes of the Sfakiotes village in Lefkada island. Easy access to Lefkada town and the famous beaches of the island. 5 km to Agios Nikitas village. 7km to Kathisma beach. 1km to Frya or Lazarata plaza The space The house has a very interesting structure of 3 levels. Top-level there are 3 bedrooms (double bed, 2 beds that can transformed to kingsize bed, and single-bed) and a bathroom. (*The bedrooms are available respectively to the number of people booking the house). All bedrooms have windows to the yard. Natural light, the blue of the sky, and the green trees “lie” next to your pillow. Enjoy a deep, rejuvenating sleep hearing the song of the cicadas and the nocturnal life, with significantly cooler temperatures than those the lower parts of the island reach during the summer. Wake up in the morning dew and make an epic day excursion either to the north, west, east, or south. The middle level is the lounge area. Smart TV, comfy poof for extra laziness, and a small yard of its own to enjoy breakfast and coffee The ground floor is the kitchen and dining area, along with one bathroom and open access to the beautiful secluded yard. You can enjoy cooking as the kitchen is equipped with all you need to make your meals. Last but not least, the yard is very spacious and equipped with comfortable outdoor furnishings to create the perfect place for relaxing. From personal experience, this is the area to spend most of the day. Clarification: The room "Hot tab" shows pictures of the beach view that you will see while visiting the beachside. Consider it a sightseeing space. The house has only a mountain view but it is found a few km away from those beaches. Guest access The whole house (sitting areas, kitchen, yard, bathrooms) is available during each booking. Regarding the bedrooms, the access is given accordingly to the number of people that are declared during the reservation. Only the beds justified by the above number will be prepared and available for use. The extra beds/rooms could be locked out of the reach of the visitors. This clarification is in addition to the fact that every extra person (above two) produces extra charge, always according to the rules declared to this platform. We are always at you disposal to provide more clarifications if needed Other things to note The entire house is decorated with items from our family legacy and pieces that represent the history of the island. Some of them are handmade and some others are very old. This gives a unique character to the space. We expect guests to appreciate and respect all these small pieces of art. All amenities will be demostrated to you by the manager of the house. Moreover, the house has a gardener to look after the organic vegetables garden beds.
