It is located on the 1st and top floor of a residence, secured by digicode with badge. ➡️ The accommodation is located next to the Aquatic Center, Tennis Club, Tree Climbing, Golf, Nautical Club… ➡️ A pleasant walk along the Port Ponant lake allows you to be at the beach in about ten minutes. The space The accommodation is equipped with everything a furnished accommodation may need to live comfortably. - For an independent entrance, a key box is at your disposal. - 2-seater sofa bed (click-clack type), + bunk bed 2 beds (1+1) (bed linens are provided) - Modern and equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle) - Walk-in shower, sink, LED mirror, toilet - Closet with hangers - Wi-Fi, 4K connected TV, washing machine, - Towels and bed linens provided, Hair dryer, iron, clothes rack... From the studio, access is mainly on foot (beach, restaurants, ice cream maker, pizzeria, pharmacy, bakery, casino, supermarket, tobacco, newspapers...). Great for: Couples Families Professionals Solo travelers A dozen unassigned free parking spaces are located at the bottom of the residence. Many other free parking spaces are located around the residence. Our animal friends: only 1 is allowed, small and clean, it must be declared when booking (20 euro per stay will be requested).
