This spacious fully airconditioned top floor apartment has incredible views of Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island and beyond. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes & activities are all within a few blocks making this the perfect location. The beach, boat ramp and bike path are metres away with no road to cross -perfect for the kids. The space The second and third bedrooms are divided by a concertina door which can be closed to separate the space into 2 rooms , each room then has a door onto the corridor and also onto the balcony . The balcony runs the full length of the side of the building and there are 2 large balconies at the front - one off the living area and one off the master bedroom. The apartment is very spacious and the bathrooms are very generous . The laundry is in a separate alcove off the hallway and can be closed off with a concertina door. Guest access Guests have access to the shared pool & bbq area at the complex. Access to the top floor is via lift from the basement and ground floor. Other things to note NOISE Being a quiet residential area , we kindly request no loud music , no parties . Noise curfew is strictly 9pm. This is a strictly NON-SMOKING , smoking / vaping is not permitted on the balcony or anywhere in the building. EV CHARGING ; Vehicles are not to be charged in garages or common areas. There is a Charging Station "EVIE " nearby at Caloundra Shopping Centre on Bowman Road PETS - Pets are not permitted at this property due to Body Corporate Guidelines. STARTER SUPPLIES We provide complimentary starter supplies including tea, coffee, milk etc as well as toilet paper and a few other essentials. These supplies are not intended to last the duration of your stay, merely to welcome you and save the need to immediately go to the supermarket. CHECKOUT We kindly request that you don't strip the beds or put linen in the machine. Please just put any furniture back you may have moved , put the dishwasher on and place rubbish in the bin outside. The cleaners will do the rest :) Please note all linen is provided - just BYO pool/beach towels.
