We offer a spacious, stylishly furnished family home with a sunny garden within cycling distance of the city of Utrecht. Groenekan is a green, quiet village in a nature reserve. In the neighborhood, there are several hiking and biking routes, e.g. Noorderpark Ruigenhoek. Utrecht-Centrum can be reached in only 20 min. by bus or bike and 10 min. by car. Amsterdam in 30 min. by car. The house is very suitable for families with children, with plenty of toys and all the important necessities for babies and children. The space Living room: large dining table with 8 chairs (+2 high chairs available), a cozy sitting area with designer sofas, large TV and nice play area for children. There is a playpen in the living room that can be used if necessary. Be sure to grab a book from our extensive bookcase! Kitchen: fully equipped with boiling water tap, 6-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (piston machine) Hall with toilet on the ground floor. On the 2nd floor: bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, guest room with 2 single beds that can be placed together or separately, a desk and an electric piano. There is another bedroom with a double bed available for extra guests. In the hall, there is an air conditioner, which cools the entire floor. On the 2nd floor: a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. In addition, 2 children's bedrooms, one with a single bed of 90 x 200 cm and in the other room there is a crib and dresser. There is a stair gate on the 3rd floor. In the hall, there is an air conditioner, which cools the entire floor. Garden: Dining table with 8 chairs, large umbrella, a slide and a buried trampoline. There is a garden house, where bicycles can be stored (and charged). Guest access Guests have access to all areas, with the exception of the master bedroom on the street side on the 2nd floor. When extra guests are booked, there is access to this bedroom. Or when parents would like to have their child sleep in the same room, this bedroom offers the most space for a camping bed. Please consult in advance about this. (provide your own camping bed) Other things to note The fireplace may not be used. There is a charger for an electric car. Parking on private property or on the street (free). Use of bicycle(s) is possible in consultation. Pets are not allowed.
