We just installed a brand new Tesla charger for your EV charging conveniece. An easy drive to all things SLO. The space This is a large 5-bedroom home with 3 full bathrooms ready for your use. It's a corner home so there is plenty of street parking plus a two car driveway to park on. We just installed a brand new Tesla charger for your EV charging conveniece. The backyard has built in seating benches along the planter, a propane BBQ grill, jacuzzi tub, and fountain which can easily entertain 15 to 25 people. It's a short drive to Cal Poly and downtown San Luis Obispo. Public transportation is available around the corner. There is screaming fast free wi-fi available. The living room and upstairs loft have large smart TVs (82” and 70”) that provides Big Game viewing in almost life size and to check out many movies on Netflix, Prime, Apple+, Disney and much much more. Sooo many adventures to experience in SLO! Wine, beaches, hiking, and dining. RV and Campers cannot be parked at Casa DeMartini since camping on the street within SLO City limits is not allowed. Guest access Front Door Electronic Lock: Input the last four-digits of your cell phone number and then press the ‘UltraLoq’ branded button to unlock the door. See photo for the location of the ‘UltraLoq’ button. To lock the door, you just need to press the ‘Ultraloq’ branded button. Front Door Deadbolt- I recommend not engaging the door deadbolt. The door deadbolt (not the electronic lock) has one step to lock and a two-step process to unlock. To lock, simply turn the deadbolt knob to the right. To unlock, turn the deadbolt knob to the left then open the door and push one of the two buttons found on the edge of the door to release the exterior thumb press lever. Press the exterior thumb press lever while doing this step to ensure you have properly unlocked it. You can avoid these steps altogether if you decide to not use the door deadbolt and just use the UltraLoq digital deadbolt to lock and unlock the door. Other things to note Check in time is 2:00pm Checkout time is 12:00pm Checkout Details: - Please place all used bedroom and bathroom linens in a pile in each room. - Load dirty dishes into dishwasher.
