Large laundry room with ample storage and a bonus second fridge. We also have a Peloton Bike (with large screen) free for our guests to use! Outdoor areas include large tree lined front yard, front porch, covered side patio, fully fenced private back yard with spacious stone patio. Property occupies 3/4 acre corner lot with lots of room to enjoy the outdoors. Parking includes a covered spot for 1 car and ample driveway parking for 4+ cars including RV or boat. Please note there is a 2nd driveway, where an additional 3-4 cars can be parked. Located on a no-outlet street with quiet neighbors. Walk to the park with playground, basketball fields and exercise trail that connects to Beltsville Community and Recreation center. Close to local public schools with multiple private schools in proximity.
