Condo in Merritt Island

Our townhome condo is located in Cape Crossing Marina and Resort on the barge canal located on Merritt Island. Your stay in this condo includes all of the resort amenities. Boat slip rentals and a boat launch are available along with pontoon, kayak, paddleboard and craigcat boat rentals. Our condo is close to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, Brevard Zoo, Port Canaveral, the USSSA Stadium and more. Watch the dolphins and manatees surface and swim right from the dock or from your boat. The space The living area is all open and on the first floor along with a half bath. The bedrooms are upstairs with two full baths. Guest access One parking space in the garage and one space in the driveway. Total of two cars parking at the townhouse. Large free parking lot on the back of building (marina side) in full view from patio.
