The space Among a lush and leafy streetscape, this home embodies life in the Northern Rivers region, where guests can feel at one with nature. It has been designed for group getaways with blissful interiors that flow seamlessly to the outdoors. Views across the Gold Coast are framed from the wraparound balcony, while overlooking the glistening swimming pool and cabana below. Entertaining is easy thanks to a spacious open plan living and dining area, flowing straight to the balcony. A sleek white kitchen centres around a breakfast bar, where guests can take things slow over their morning coffee. Easily cook up a feast on the BBQ and come together around the large dining table or outside beside the pool. In the evenings, kick back on the sofas while catching up on your favourite TV, while kids can play in the dedicated rumpus room downstairs. The primary bedroom is a sumptuous retreat replete with a king-sized bed, direct access to the balcony and a luxuriously appointed ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. The second bedroom also opens to the balcony, with a queen-sized bed and a beautiful ornate dresser. The third bedroom is set with a double bed, while the fourth bedroom is custom-made for kids with a single bed, books and toys. Refresh within the main bathroom, which highlights a gorgeous clawfoot bathtub. Enjoy the convenience of laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer. Parking is provided in the garage and on the driveway. Travelling with an infant? A cot and highchair can also be provided. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. We are pet-friendly—please add the number of pets you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them. Pets are welcome in the non-carpeted living area on the first floor but should avoid sofas and carpets, particularly in the downstairs area. The complimentary toiletries provided are of limited quantity and are meant to ensure comfort on your arrival. Once fully consumed, it is recommended that guests purchase or bring their own toiletries. We only supply bath towels; however, we advise you to bring beach/pool towels for your time with us. Just a note for your stay: the carpets have been professionally steam cleaned, so they’re fresh and hygienic. However, some stains are permanent and couldn’t be removed despite our best efforts.
